프라이버시 염려와 제도적 신뢰가 프라이버시 의사결정에 미치는 영향: 전자상거래와 위치기반서비스의 비교

본 연구에서는 프라이버시 염려와 제도적 신뢰가 프라이버시 의사결정에 미치는 영향에 대하여프라이버시 계산 이론을 중심으로 규명하고자 하였다. 프라이버시 계산 이론을 기반으로 프라이버시 이익과프라이버시 위험이 정보제공행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하고, 프라이버시 염려와 제도적 신뢰가 프라이버시 계산에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이때, 개인정보를 수집하는 대상에 따른 차이를파악하기 위해 전자상거래 분야와 위치기반서비스 분야에 대한 비교를 하고자 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 위치기반서비스 그룹에서 프라이버시 위험과 정보제공행동 간의 관계를 제외하고 다른 인과관계는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 전자상거래와 위치기반서비스 그룹에 있어 구성개념의 차이를 분석한 결과, 프라이버시 염려의 구성요인인 인식구성개념을 제외하고는 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전자상거래 그룹이 위치기반서비스그룹에 비해 프라이버시 염려가 높고 제도적 신뢰가 낮은 것으로 나타나 소비자가 전자상거래 사이트에서수집되는 개인정보에 대해 더욱 민감하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This Research Attempted to Clarify the Eeffect of Privacy Concern and Institutional Truston Privacy Decision based on Privacy Calculus Perspective. We Developed a Research Model Suggestingthat the Influence of Privacy Benefit and Privacy risk on the Information Disclosure Behavior and theInfluence of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on the Privacy Calculus. In this Regard, in Orderto Examine the Difference According to the Target whose Personal Information was Collected, anEmpirical Analysis was Conducted to Compare the E-commerce Field and LBS(Location Based Service)Field. The Results of Empirical Analysis are as follows. First, it is Founded that other Relations wereAll Statistically Significant Except the Relation between Privacy Risk and Information DisclosureBehavior in the LBS group. Next, as a Results of Comparison of Constructs in the E-commerce andInstitutional trust than the LBS group, Identifying that the Consumers are more Sensitive to the PersonalInformation Collected in the E-commerce site.
