데이컴법을 활용한 중등 건설 교사 직무 분석

이 연구의 목적은 데이컴 기법을 활용하여 중등 건설 교사의 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 데이컴 워크숍 계획, 위원회 구성, 오리엔테이션, 워그숍, 데이컴 차트 검증의 5단계에 따라 건설 교사의 직무 분석을 하였다. 데이컴 직무 분석은 총 15명으로 구성된 데이컴 위원회를 중심으로 워크숍을 실시하고, 그 결과 도출된 데이컴 차트를 전문가 집단의 타당도 검증을 받아서 최종 데이컴 차트를 완성하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설 교사는 중등 교원 자격을 가지고 공업계 고등학교에서 학생들에게 건축․토목 관련 교과목을 가르치고 생활지도, 취업지도 등의 업무를 수행하는 자이다. 둘째, 건설 교사의 임무는 10개, 과업은 총 144개로 도출되었다. 또한 도출된 과업에 대하여 중요도, 난이도, 빈도의 정도를 나타내고, 입직초기 과업에 대한 요구 여부를 구분하였다. 셋째, 데이컴 결과 나온 데이컴 차트를 전문가 검증을 통하여 최종 데이컴 차트를 완성하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze job of secondary construction teachers using DACUM (Development A Curriculum). Job analysis of construction teachers was performed in five steps including DACUM workshop planning, organization of committee, orientation, workshop and DACUM chart validation. For DACUM job analysis, workshop was carried out by a DACUM committee consisting of 15 members, and DACUM chart derived at the workshop was validated by an expert group to complete the final DACUM chart. Major results of this study are as follows. First, construction teacher is defined as a person who has secondary teacher license, teaches construction and civil engineering subjects to students at a technical high school, and provides life and career guidance. Second, construction teachers were found to have 10 duties and 144 tasks. Importance, level of difficulty and frequency of the derived tasks were indicated, classifying requirement of tasks in the early stage of job. Third, expert validation was done on the DACUM chart derived from DACUM to complete the final DACUM chart.
