사회적 네트워크의 영향력과 지식공유의 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 사회적 네트워크의 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 대한 영향력과 더불어 지식공유에 대한 매개 효과를 검증하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며 이를 위한 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 네트워크의 유형과 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 관계를 분석한 결과 관계네트워크에 비해 과업네트워크가 높은 영향을 미치고 있으며, 그 영향력은 조직몰입에 비해 직무만족에서 높게 나타나 고 있다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 사회적 네트워크와 지식공유 및 지식공유와 직무만족과의 직접효과가 인 정되고 있으며, 사회적 네트워크가 지식공유를 통해서 직무만족에 미치는 간접효과도 인정되고 있다. 그러나 조직몰입과의 직접효과는 인정되지 않지만, 지식공유와 조직몰입과의 직접효과, 사회적 네트워 크가 지식공유를 통해서 조직몰입에 미치는 간접효과도 인정되어 지식공유에 대한 매개역할이 확인되 고 있다. 따라서 인간관계를 중심으로 하는 친밀네트워크가 중시되던 경영시스템에서 과업달성을 위한 네트 워크의 중요성이 강조되고, 경쟁력 확보를 위한 협력적 차원에서 조직구성원간의 지식공유를 위한 지 원이 요구된다. 또한 본 연구결과는 사회적 네트워크의 중요성을 강조하고 지식공유를 위한 학습조직 을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로서 개인의 성장과 조직의 발전에 기여할 것으로 본다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was the influence of social network by employees' organizational behavior(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) and to verify the effects on the parameter variable of corporate employees' knowledge sharing. For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the corporate employees' social network. Second, the result variable established the corporate employees' organizational behavior. Third, the parameter variable established the corporate employees' knowledge sharing. To investigate the variable inter-relationship used the regression analysis, bootstrapping analysis, and 150' corporate employees who had worked in Kyungki-province were studied. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of regression analysis to find out effects of employees' social network to the employees' organizational behavior. Second, it tested the positive influence of parameter variable by the employees' knowledge sharing.
