카리스마적 리더십이 개인 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과와 개인의 리더수용의 조절효과

This study verified the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between charismatic leadership and individual innovative behavior, and verified the moderating effect of the individual leader acceptance in the relationship between charismatic leadership and self-efficacy. Hypothesis test results of the present study are as follows. First charismatic leadership had a significant impact on individual innovative behavior. Second, charismatic leadership had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy influenced the individual innovative behavior and self-efficacy were partially mediated the relationship between charismatic leadership and individual innovative behavior. Fourth, the individual leader acceptance had a moderating effect on the relationship between charismatic leadership and self-efficacy. This study suggested that the charismatic leadership is the predecessor variable that are causing the individual innovative behavior. This study identified the effects of charismatic leadership on individual innovative behavior through the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Furthermore this study presents the moderate variables that can adjust the relationship between charismatic leadership and leadership effectiveness. In addition, we discuss the implications and limitations, and future research directions of research based on the study results.
