법교육 학술 연구의 경향 분석

This study explores the tendency of the academic research on the law-related education in Korea and draw implications for improvement. It also suggests the direction of the future research topics. The study is organized into two parts. First section reviews the 426 papers, using a keyword ‘law-related education’ in the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). Then, these papers are examined through the thematic and time series analysis. The second section of the study reviews 146 papers, published from the “Journal of Law-Related Education” 1(1) to 11(3). Then, the thematic and time series analysis are conducted. As a result, the following implications are indicated. First, we need more active participation from the expertise and teachers in school in the education. Second, we need more intense studies about teaching and learning methods, evaluation, programs, and textbooks practicing law-related education. Third, validation research on program effects needs to be strengthened in order to bring about a shift in law-related education classes and programs. Fourth, the training of both field and preliminary teachers who are in the field of law is necessary. Fifth, higher interest and greater support for expanding law-related education researchers are needed.
