거래공정성, 사회적 자본, 공급사슬통합, 지속가능성 간의 관계에 대한 연구

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between trade fairness, social capital, supply chain integration, and sustainability. [Methodology]The measurement items were constructed based on previous studies, SPSS 22 used the to perform the exploratory factor analysis, and then the confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 21 to evaluate the reliability and validity and the fit of the measurement model The results of this study are as follows. [Findings]It is shown that transaction fairness has a positive (＋) effect on social capital, social capital on supply chain integration, supply chain integration on economic sustainability and social sustainability, but not significant environmental sustainability. Social capital plays a role as a parameter between transaction fairness and supply chain integration and supply chain integration has been proven to play a role as a parameter between social capital and economic and social sustainability, but not play a role as a parameter between environmental sustainability. [Implications]This study clearly identifies the relationship between transaction fairness, social capital, supply chain integration, and sustainability, and maintains fairness of transaction to form social capital, and further to achieve supply chain integration, and that sustainability can be achieved.
