초록
향후 10년 이내에 전 세계 인구의 60% 이상이 메가시티에 집중됨에 따라 유동인구 증가로 인한 교통 혼잡, 주차문제, 대기오염 문제가 더욱 확대 될 것으로 예상된다. 1) 이를 획기적으로 개선하기 위해서는 친환경 에너지로 구동되는 마이크로 모빌리티(소형 단위 운송수단)의 확대와 효율적인 차량 운용 유도 정책이 필요하며 단계적 적용을 통해 환경오염 절감 및 교통 혼잡 문제를 해소 할 수 있다. 2) 마이크로 모빌리티의 저변 확대를 위해서는 차량을 단순히 소형이동수단으로 인식하는 차원을 넘어, 다양한 서비스 주체들의 목적을 최대한 만족 시킬 수 있는 디자인, 설계, 제작개념을 기반으로 하여야 한다. 3) 본 연구는 2016년 수행한 한국산업기술평가원 디자인혁신기술강화사업의 ‘모듈러 개념을 적용한 1~2인승 스마트 모빌리티 디자인 개발’ 과제의 연구내용이다. ４) 제안된 개념은 오픈 플랫폼을 통해 다변화가 가능하여 대도시는 물론 중소도시, 농어촌 등에서 이동 편의를 제공하고, 노약자, 장애인들도 손쉽게 이용이 가능한 모듈러 개념의 마이크로 모빌리티이다. ５) 최소한의 복잡성으로 최대한 많은 종류의 차량 조합이 가능하도록 모듈러 디자인 개념이 적용 되었다. ６) 공용 오픈 플랫폼을 통한 핵심 부품의 표준화 및 모듈화는 제작 및 유통 프로세스를 단순화 할 수 있으며, 중소기업 주도의 수평 분업 생산구조가 가능하게 하여 마이크로 모빌리티 생태계 확대를 유도 할 수 있다.
Abstract
As more than 60% of the world's population is concentrated in the mega-city within the next 10 years, traffic congestion, parking problems, and air pollution problems are expected to increase due to the increased population flow. 1) In order to dramatically improve this, it is necessary to expand the micro mobility (small unit transportation method) driven by eco-friendly energy and a policy to induce efficient vehicle operation, and it is possible to reduce environmental pollution and traffic congestion problem by applying it step by step.２) In order to expand the base of micro mobility, it should be based on the concept of design, engineering and production method that can meet the purpose of various service subjects as much as possible, beyond merely recognizing the vehicle a small vehicle. 3) This study is the research content of 'Development of smart mobilities considering a modular design system' of 'Design Innovation Technology Enhancement Project' conducted by Korea Evaluation Institute Of Industrial Technology in 2016. ４) The proposed concept is a modular concept of micro mobility that can be diversified through an open platform and provides mobility in small cities, rural areas as well as large cities, and elderly people and disabled people can easily use them. ５) Modular design concepts have been applied to allow as many combinations of vehicles as possible with minimal complexity. ６) The standardization and modularization of core parts through the open-platform can simplify the production and distribution process and enable the horizontal divisional production system led by SMEs to lead to the expansion of micro-mobility ecosystem.
