사회적 기업가정신이 사회적 자본과 기업성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the elements of influencing social enterprises performance of social entrepreneurship and social capital. This model tests research hypotheses based on the various theoretical background of social enterprises performance, social entrepreneurship, and social capital. Social entrepreneurship is classified into social value orientation, innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking. And social capital is classified into structural capital, cognitive capital, and relational capital. The proposed model is analyzed to target 111 social entrepreneurs. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, social entrepreneurship positively influences structural and cognitive capital. Second, structural and cognitive capital positively influences relational capital. Finally, relational capital positively influences social enterprises performance (public performance and job creation). The findings of this study provides social entrepreneurs and policy-makers with useful implications for setting strategies to increase social enterprises performance and ensure sustainable development while promoting shared growth with the community.
