In this Study, the factors that affect the property of the select Properties and the customer satisfaction are suggested along with the application plans for the future in accordance with the Social Responsibility. The total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to the consumers and only 337 good questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis excluding 13 bad questionnaires answered inappropriately. In order to achieve the purpose of the research study SPSS 21.0 Statistical Program utilizing frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis was carried out. FoodService Industry findings on the Social Responsibility, the select properties of the positive (+), influenced and affected the positive (+) to satisfaction of the FoodService Industry select properties. Investigation was to customer satisfaction a great influence on a positive FoodService Industry select properties according to the Social Responsibility, perception and satisfaction in the service of employees. Thus, according to the FoodService Industry select properties on the effects of Customer Satisfaction hypothesis was adopted in part.
