외식기업의 사회적 책임이 직원들의 조직몰입에 미치는 원인 분석

Causal Analysis of Social Responsibility of Restaurant Company on Employee Organizational Commitment

This study is conducted from curiosity about how social responsibility of global standard ISO 26000 is realized in Korea while domestic food service enterprises are actively practicing social responsibilities. ISO 26000 suggests action plans and recommendations based on critical CSR issues of governance, human right, labor practice, environment, fair trade, consumer issue, communities' involvement and development. This study is to clarify how well domestic food service enterprises follow these CSR 7 guidelines. And it is to identify which guidelines are followed well by enterprises and which guidelines do not. And through this study, I'd like to suggest social responsibilities which domestic enterprises should take in near future and the directions for the enterprises to keep up with international standard. In order to conduct research, Outback steak house which is a leading food service enterprise is selected as a subject. First of all, according to the research results, Outback house has a closely corresponding index on international standard since it has high-recognition on each of CSR 7 articles. According to the past research, in order to follow CSR guidelines successfully, it is important for employees to understand the CSR clearly. And this result shows that Outback clerks understand CSR guidelines very well. Second, Outback shows highest recognition on consumer issue and lowest recognition on communities' involvement and development. And this study suggests that it is necessary to improve the transparency of management, concerns on the recovery of environment, ability development of employees and efforts for safety.
