주민･가족관계･국가유공자 등록의 법적 성격

In order to study the meaning of registration that is used variously in administrative laws, I study the registration in Resident Registration Act, Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships and Act on the Honotable Treatment of and Support for Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State. All of these registrations are common, in the meaning that the registration is one of the procedure for various legal effects. The legal effects in Resident Registration Act and Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships occur by acception of report, but the effects in Act on the Honotable Treatment of and Support for Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State occur by decision about registration appilcation. I think that the report in Resident Registration Act, and marriage report in Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships, are the report in need of Acception, but death report in Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships is the report without acception. I concluded that the registration in Resident Registration Act and Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships mean legally certification, but the registration in Act on the Honotable Treatment of and Support for Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State means only a act without legal meaning.
