기업의 사회공헌활동을 통한 지속가능한 마을재생에 관한 연구

This study examined the possibility of linking corporate social responsibility for continuous urban regeneration projects (even after the end of the urban regeneration project of administrative support). ISO 26000 is an international standard for social responsibility. ISO 26000 addressed seven specific issues related to community involvement and development: community participation, education and culture, job creation and function development, technology development and access, wealth and income generation, health and social investment. This is closely related to economic, welfare, housing, cultural leisure, and community in urban regeneration. The social responsibility project of Geumcheongu opened the possibility of participating in solving the problem of community in the corporate. In Busan's urban regeneration project, corporate CSR activities can be found to be involved in the issues of the local community. In Anchang Village, there are 15 various organizations in the region that continuously carry out social responsibility activities through MOU agreement with villages. In Hocheon Village, a variety of volunteer clubs in the Community Service Center of Dong-Eui University participated in the town regeneration project through ongoing volunteer activities In the Busan Yongdo Daetong-jeonsu-bang Project, Busan Samjin fish cake participated in the urban regeneration activities in the area, transferred the technology, supported the start-up, and tried to create employment in the local area and activate the commercial area. In order to integrate corporate CSR activities into local urban regeneration projects in the local governments, it is suggested that priority should be given to preparing organizations to accept companies as partners in urban regeneration, and to prepare various CSR programs that can be linked with urban regeneration in the local.
