초록
This study investigates the moderating effect of the entrepreneurship support policy of the government on the relationship between entrepreneurship and start-up satisfaction. Data was collected from the participating companies in the Start-up Leading University Project, college start-up clubs, companies in university business incubating centers, and general entrepreneurs in Busan and Kyungnam areas. Analyzing the moderating effect of the entrepreneurship support policy reveals that the moderating effect of education supports is verified. In other words, education supports may enhance start-up satisfaction when the innovation -sensitivity of entrepreneurship provide a positive effect on start-up satisfaction. Thus, more emphasis need to be placed on providing these supports when designing start-up support policy. On the other hand, simple policy promotion may not give a significant moderating effect. This conjecture may need to be further verified through a follow-up study. This study may provide practical implications for start-up support organizations such as start-up support groups of Start-Up Leading University Project.
