글로벌기업가정신 함양을 통한 수출주력산업 퇴직인력의 수출창업 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구는 퇴직전문인력의 수출기업 창업에서 글로벌기업가정신의 역할을 분석하고 해당 주제에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 다음의 연구 목적을 설정하였다. 첫째, 창업 수출기업과 노동시장 유연성에 따른 퇴직자 특성을 연계하여 적용 가능한 글로벌기업가정신 함양 방안과 수출창업 기회 확대 방안을 제시하려는 목적을 설정하였다. 둘째, 인더스트리 4.0의 진화에 따른 기존 산업의 변화 방향과 이에 따른 노동시장 유연성의 변화를 검토하고 기존 연구 동향을 정리하여 퇴직자 창업에 필요한 이론적 근거를 구축하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 한국의 주력수출산업 현황, 인더스트리 4.0과 맞물려 나타나는 노동시장의 유연성, 제조업 분야의 고용행태 현황 등을 살펴보았으며 국내외 사례도 분석하였다. 사례 분석은 시니어 퇴직인력 창업 지원 해외 사례와 국내 사례, 시니어 퇴직인력 창업 지원 모델 제안 사례로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 따른 퇴직인력 수출기업 창업과 관련한 정책적 방향성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사내기업의 경우 모기업의 지원을 받아 창업하는 과정을 거치며 모기업과의 시너지 속에서 기회를 포착하는 경우가 많다는 점에서 사내기업가 육성 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 창업의 성공은 기술과 시장의 결합에 달려 있어 청년과 시니어의 공동창업 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 시니어 경쟁력 지원을 위해서는 시니어들에 대한 글로벌 기업가정신 교육 함양을 통한 시니어의 경쟁력 확보 프로그램을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of global entrepreneurship in the establishment of the export enterprise of retirement workers and to present the direction of the subject. Based on these purpose, this study is to examine the status of Korea's main export industries and the flexibility of the labor market and the employment situation in the manufacturing sector. Next, this study analyzed the data on the start-up status of retirement workforce. In addition, we examined the existing studies considering various factors influencing global entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance. We analyzed the relationship between global entrepreneurship and growth and performance of entrepreneurs. Also, literature on senior entrepreneurship was reviewed. Based on the literature review, we analyzed domestic and foreign cases related to retiree entrepreneurship support. As a review of existing literature and case studies, the following policy directions regarding the start-up of retirement workforce export companies are presented as follows. First, internal corporate venturing is suggested. Second, this study suggests a plan to revitalize co-venture with seniors and youths. Third, presentation of global entrepreneurship education and seniority competitiveness programs. This is because it is necessary to cultivate global entrepreneurship education to support seniority competitiveness.
