마가복음에 나타나는 예수 그리스도의 리더십에 관한 경영학적 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the leadership of Jesus Christ and discuss the process of healing and restoring the morbidity and decaying social problems of individuals with the power of spiritual leadership of Jesus Christ. This study setting the scope of Mark's gospel, the first of the four Gospels of N.T(Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) as the study scope. As a research content, We examined the evangelical leadership of Jesus Christ through Transformational-leadership, Emotional–leadership, and Servant- leadership in general business administration. For example, First, we discussed the transformational leadership of Jesus Christ(charisma, intellectual stimulation, visionary presentation, personal consideration). Second, we discussed the Emotional leadership of Jesus Christ(self-awareness, self-management, self-awareness, and relationship management). Third, Servant leadership of Jesus Christ(healing, empathy, healing, stewardship, growth of members, building of community) was analyzed with three leadership. Therefore, this study is considered to be a leadrship that should be leared together with management skill in general organization and corporate organization of today's modern society. The maturity of Jesus Christ's Word and leadership by healing the oppressive spirit that captures the mind. body and human soul from the social problems in which the preciousness and respect for the human being are enduted. This study aims to contribute to the development of the organization and to be a missionary for mission in the social community with personality and faith. However, in the limit of the study, 'interview' of the experts with knowledge of the Bible.
