영남권 물류센터 입지 선정 최적화에 관한 연구- 프랜차이즈 A社 사례를 중심으로 -

In this study, we analyzed the distribution path between shops and prospective distribution centers of franchise company A in Yeongnam region. We used ArcGIS and selected three candidates for locations of distribution centers. After the selection, the priorities of location selection factors were analyzed through AHP to present the directions of selection of location alternatives for efficient operation of ships in Yeongnam region. In the ArcGIS path analysis for a total of eight candidate centers, Gyeongbuk Daegu center, Gyeiongnam Kimhae center, and Ulsan Samnam center were selected as final candidate center because they were shown to require the shortest time for distribution. With regard to the importance of factors to optimize the location of distribution centers, distribution target convenience (0.234) was shown to be the highest followed by supplier accessibility(0.164), easiness of freight volume handling(0.149), possibility to recruit employees (0.130), land price(0.122), market scale(0.111), population in the region(0.090), Inter-alternative evaluation was conducted based on the relevant selection factors and in the results, Gyeongbuk Daegu center showed better results with a resultant value of 0.465 compared to Ulsan Samnam center(0.284) and Gyeiongnam Kimhae center(0.251). Except for land price(0.164) and easiness of freight volume handling(0.192), Gyeongbuk Daegu center was shown to be superior in other factors; distribution target convenience(0.598), market scale(0.599), supplier accessibility(0.547), population in the region(0.650), and whether manpower has been supplemented(0.627). In the situation where the franchise company concentrates on the expansion of sales networks in Yeongnam region following the saturation of shops in the capital region, the selection of distribution centers at optimum locations in Yeongnam region can be a starting point for smooth operation and business expansion hereafter.
