창업성공요건과 창업존속요건이 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 창업소상공인을 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of the requirements for successful entrepreneurship, the requirements for the maintenance, government support programs and financial performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using successful SPSS 18.0 statistical package. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, entrepreneurial characteristics(specialty, innovativeness), entrepreneurial preparation(financial management, business plan) and customer - oriented philosophy(customer comprehension, customer satisfaction) had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, business management played a mediating role between entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial preparation and financial performance, but did not have a significant effect on customer -oriented philosophy and financial performance. Third, government support program showed a moderating effect between entrepreneurial characteristics and business management. Finally, the requirements for successful entrepreneurship have a significant impact on the requirements for the maintenance while the requirements for the maintenance have a significant effect on financial performance. The implication of this study is that the preliminary founders are given a certain level of competence through preparation and planning, and the financial performance is given in the order of the requirements for successful entrepreneurship and the requirements for the maintenance. It is expected that this study will be of practical help when establishing policies related to entrepreneurship in government agencies.
