전자문서의 진본성 검증 및 시점 확인에 관한 법제도 연구 – 전자정부법 개정안을 중심으로

The Electronic Government Act has furnished support in the development of the electronic processing of administrative works since its promulgation in 2001. As about ten years have passed, the environment surrounding electronic document has been remarkably changed. Therefore, the need to accommodate the new surroundings in the areas of electronic document has become a significant subject. This article deals with some issues on verification of the authenticity of electronic document and confirmation of the point in time of electronic document activity, especially laying emphasis on the amendment of the Electronic Government Act. Frstly, this paper analyzes the present condition of current systems on verification of the authenticity of electronic document and confirmation of the point in time of electronic document activity, and indicates problems of the systems. And next, this paper presents some suggestions for the amendment of the Electronic Government Act. These suggestions are ultimately for promoting the frauency in use of electronic document and minimizing disputes relating to electronic document activity
