기업의 사회적 책임활동을 활용한 북한이탈주민 자립방안에 관한 연구: 구직활동을 중심으로

The number of North Korean defectors living in Korea is 30,805, and the government has implemented a system of support for self-reliance for settlement. However, their average wage is much lower than that of the general population, and the unemployment rate is high. IIn the academic world, a number of studies have been conducted on the settlement, self-reliance, and employment of defectors in North Korea, but the research has not been able to go beyond the viewpoint of policy support, general employment of employees and employers. As a result, companies have not found the natural acceptance of the North Korean defectors and the value of those who have experienced other cultures. In the end, the problems that arise after the employment and employment of defectors were forced to be continuously exposed. Therefore, this study aims to set up defectors and self - reliance of North Korean defectors by suggesting ways to improve employment of young North Korean defectors. To this end, we analyzed the social contribution activities of Korean companies and the social contribution activities of defectors in North Korea. In addition, through in - depth group interviews on employment and self - reliance of young North Korean defectors, we identified the difficulties of employment and settlement and their new values, and suggested ways to link corporate social contribution activities and enhancement of employment for North Korean defectors.
