선순환의 창작생태계 구축을 위한 법교육과정의 분석과 개선방안 - 저작권 분야를 중심으로 -

With the appearance of the snack culture, it is easy to consume copyrighted material, but piracy is also increasing recently. Among them, teenagers’ copyright infringement has reached a very serious level, and it caused by the ignorance of proper awareness of copyright. So they don’t know which action is a copyright infringement. The absence of copyright education in curriculum is considered as a major cause of teenagers’ infringement. Therefore it is necessary to consider carrying out copyright education through the organization of the curriculum. In this thesis, we analyzed the past and present of the law courses of high school education courses, which are the main beneficiaries of copyright education. Furthermore, we proposed improvements focused on necessity of copyright education’s expansion. Studies have shown that the copyright content of the current law is rarely covered by the current curriculum and can not be found in 2015 revised curriculum. With more than half of the teenagers experiencing illegal copying of copyrighted material, the educational necessity of copyright education was emphasized. As measures to improve, we reviewed the contents of copyright education that should be added in the educational curriculum. Changing the curriculum could be a burden to school teachers and students, so we should pay close attention with it. But if we evade it because of its pressure, future student will have trouble with forming the wrong cogitation. So we need to discuss about improving educational curriculum even it feels like way overdue.
