김영란법 시행 후, 대학 교직원들의 여가활동 변화 추세 및 선호도 분석

This paper checked up the change tendency of university employee's leisure activity, after Kim Young-ran Act Enforcement, analyzed their preference in the acts actually, too, and reached the conclusion as following. First, this paper investigated the changes, affirmative as well as negative, that they felt in usual life, after the enforcement of the act, and found out that there were affirmative changes in economic aspect and negative changes in human relation. Second, they had different views each other in the relationship between Kim Young-ran Act enforcement and proper leisure. Some of them felt affirmative concerning leisure pursuit through composure in time and the others felt negative on Kim Young-ran Act non-generation. Third, this paper checked out their changes in leisure after Kim Young-ran Act enforcement. Some of them felt and recognized the change to be affirmative, but the others couldn't feel the change yet or had negative recognition of it. Fourth, this paper analyzed leisure activities which they wanted to participate in or recommend. The activities were classified with three categories in large such as ‘family-centered leisure activity’, ‘self-managemental and self-developmental level leisure activity’, and ‘social human relation formation leisure activity’.
