증오범죄의 유형과 원인에 대한 고찰

Crimes are continuously committed throughout the world and it has been problem for society. If we look back the history, there have been some serious crimes that triggered outrages in the society and hate crime must be one of those. Hate crime caused by hate or bias has been in the primitive society, of course even today. These days it has to be a crime against a individual or groups. In Korea it have occurred as Jijonpa incident in 1994, Yu Young Chul incident in 2004 etc. Korea authorities have not classified the pattern of hate crime legally and have not legalized the laws concerning hate crimes. The causes of these hate crimes are the flood tide of bias and economic inequality in the society and absence in the role of homes and domestic violence. Also, there are personal problems in the brain function not being able to control the rage or hostility and psychological problems
