4차 산업혁명시대의 부동산 등기제도의 변화 전망과 과제

The registration of real estate is likely to see a change as well. The change is expected to bring in the reinforcement of platform network of the real estate business combined with conversion artificial intelligence technology, which may result in the ease of regulations with respect to the registration of real estate. And the deregulation is likely to influence on the Act of Registration of Real Estate. The strict regulative provisions of the Act of Registration of Real Estate are expected to change into the softer regulation focusing on the convenience of the persons dealing with registration. Moreover, the administrative process required for the interested party of real estate registration is highly likely to be simplified. Therefore, the real estate certificate authority can be unified with the unification of real estate-related ledgers and registration and the unification of process, if the ICT ecology can be settled down with the help of conversion artificial intelligence technology. It may result in the simplification of the registration process with lower costs for the interested party of registration. Moreover, it is expected to increase the credibility of the subject and the content of real estate registration which would lead into the higher credibility of the registration of real estate itself.
