日本における地域活性・再生のための法制に関する一考察

There are some of the Depopulation Suppression Act, a Private Sector Activation Act, Resort Act etc. as the Legislation for Regional activation in Japan. The current Abe administration has established the “Town People and Job Creation Law” in 2015, and made the significant amendments to the Regional Revitalization Act in 2006. By these laws, Abe administration is striving to achieve the policy, being positioned as one of the major policy of the regional activation. In this research paper, I would like to look for the Depopulation Suppression Act and the Third Sector Businesses that have been carried out as a specific form of the legal system for regional activation in Japan. After looking at them, I would like to consider the “Town People and Job Creation Law” and Amendments to the Regional Revitalization Act legally. I hope that this research paper gives certain suggestions to the discussion about legislation of the New Town Movement in South Korea
