대학생의 기업가적역량이 취업가능성과 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 창업실패인식의 조절효과

[Purpose]This paper aims to demonstrate that entrepreneurial competence by specific learning which is communication, technical ability, management ability and economic ability affects not only on the intention of entrepreneurship but also employability that cope with changing work environment. Especially, we examined whether the perception of entrepreneurial failure has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial intentions. [Methodology]To explore mediating effect of employability and moderating effect of fear on start－up used PROCESS macro, surveyed 286 members of college student. [Findings]As in previous studies, entrepreneurial competence influenced entrepreneurial intentions and employability. Especially, it influences the entrepreneurship intention through employability. However, it has been confirmed that entrepreneurial intentions can be moderated by the fear on start－up. [Implications]It was found that importance of entrepreneurial competency to university students to strengthen for entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it not only recognizes entrepreneurship as a career path, but also increase the employability. Especially, it showed effect of the entrepreneurship intention through employability. Therefore, to solve the decrease in entrepreneurial intentions due to the fear on start－up, we need to prepare practical support business training program and curriculum that increase positive learning experience capacity.
