도제교육 참여 학생의 고용가능성과 핵심역량, 창의적 행동, 내적동기와의 관계

본 연구에서는 핵심역량과 고용가능성간의 관계에서 내적동기와 창의적 행동을 매개변수로 설정하여산학일체형 도제교육 참여 학생을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 고용가능성, 핵심역량, 내적동기, 창의적 행동 요인에 대한 이론적 검토를 통해 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기위해 도제교육 참여 학생을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하여 215매를 수집하였으며, SPSS24와 AMOS24를사용하여 가설검증을 하였다. 도제학교는 재직자 중심의 일학습병행제를 재학생 단계에 적용시킨 것이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 핵심역량은 내적동기와 고용가능성에 정(+)의 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 핵심역량은 창의적 행동에 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 통계적인 유의성이 나타나지 않았고, 고용가능성에 정(+)의 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 내적동기는 창의적 행동에 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로나타났지만 통계적인 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 창의적 행동은 고용가능성에 정(+)의 효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 핵심역량을 강화시키면 내적동기와 창의적 행동, 고용가능성 높아진다는 것이다. 즉, 참여 학생은자신의 고용가능성이 높아진다고 인식하게 되는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구와 관련해서 제시하면, 첫째, 도제교육 참여 학생을대상으로 고용가능성, 핵심역량, 내적동기, 창의적 행동과의 관계를 분석하였다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 도제교육참여 학생과 비참여 학생을 비교해서 연구를 분석할 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 산학일체형도제교육의 고용가능성의 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 2015년 도제학교로 선정되어도제교육이 진행되는 학교를 대상으로 연구를 진행하다 보니 대상학교와 참여 학생의 표본이 적었고, 2학년과3학년이 혼재되어 연구가 진행되었다. 2017년부터 대상학교와 학생이 확대되었기에 표본을 확대하고, 학년을구분하여 연구를 진행하면 변수들 간에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 더욱 확실하게 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 산학일체형 도제교육을 실시하는 학교, 기업, 학생에게 도움이 되었으면 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of internal motivation and creative behaviors on the core competence and employment potential. To this end, research models and hypotheses were derived through the theoretical review of employment, core competence, internal motivation, and factors related to creative behavior. Using a questionnaire District targeting student participation in university-industry integrated apprenticeship school apprenticeship training were collected every 215 to achieve the purpose of the present study, the hypothesis was tested using the SPSS24 AMOS24 and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, core competence has positive effects on intrinsic motivation and employment potential. In other words, self-directed learning skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, that is, increasing the civic increases the curiosity and complete sense of intrinsic motivation employment goals of employability, job search information search, acquire employment skills, and resource utilization of the core competencies The ability, interpersonal ability, and ability to deal with change have increased, and students participating in the apprenticeship education are perceived as having a higher possibility of employment. Second, core competencies showed a positive effect on creative behaviors, but not on statistical significance, and positive effects on employment potential. In other words, the higher the self-directed learning skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, job search goals of employability, increasing the citizenship, employment information search, job search skills, resources, literacy, interpersonal skills, change coping capacity of core competencies Students participating in apprenticeship education are perceived as having a higher possibility of employment. Third, intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on creative behaviors but not statistical significance. Fourth, creative action has positive effect on employment possibility. It derived the idea of the creative act, increasing the expression of the window to act is the job of setting goals employability, job search information search, job search skills, resources, literacy, interpersonal skills, ability to cope with change increases. In other words, students who participate in apprenticeship education are perceived as having higher possibility of employment. The purpose of this study is to present the limitations of the following studies and future studies. First, we analyzed the relationship between employment potential, core competency, internal motivation, and creative behaviors for students participating in industry - academy integrated apprenticeship education. In future research, it is necessary to analyze the research by comparing students participating in industry-academically integrated apprenticeship education with non-participating students. This study will confirm the positive effect of the employment possibility of industry-university integrated apprenticeship education. Second, this study has been selected as the Academic integral apprentice school in 2015 saw progress to study in a school that is currently apprenticeship training progress was less a sample of the target schools and participating students, the second grade and third grade are mixed research progress . Since the target schools and students have been expanded since 2017, the positive effects of the variables will be more clearly confirmed if the sample is expanded and the grades are classified and studied.
