20017. 4. 3. Korea’s first Internet professional bank, ‘K Bank’ (K Bank) was launched through various difficulties. And in June, ‘Kakao Bank’ opens the second door. In order to successfully establish Internet professional banks in the establishment of such Internet professional banks, it is necessary to discuss ‘Separation of Finance and Industry,’ which is a barrier of industrial capital's entry into the financial industry, and to examine legal issues related to regulation of Internet professional banks, I think it is a very important issue. As for the establishment of Internet professional banks, it would be meaningful to have a view on Internet professional banks as a whole. In addition, I examined the establishment status of foreign professional banks and the establishment status of Korea in connection with the establishment status of Internet professional banks. Furthermore, legal and institutional issues that have been issues since the introduction of Internet banking experts were examined by the legal system. In the legal institutional review, the direction of amendment of the banking law for the deregulation of segregation of financial assets is presented. In addition, it suggested that the minimum capital stock, which functions as an entry barrier in the establishment of Internet professional banks, should be lower than that of the general bank so that IT related venture companies or emerging ICT companies can actively participate in the financial industry.
