장애인거주시설 거주기준의 대안적 고찰 - 장애인복지법 시행규칙을 중심으로 -

This study aims to explore the development of living environments of facilities for people with disabilities, focusing on the revision of act on the welfare for people with disabilities. For this, it suggests that adequate floor spaces per person and living conditions need to be established for the people. It is said that the spaces for them is not sufficient to enjoy decent life as the facilities to be set models of housing for big groups do not give a decent life. To overcome this problem, this study tries to produce adequate living conditions, Furthermore, this study investigates the revision of the Act regarding spaces and convenient facilities regarding minimum standards for living facilities. Thus, It suggests that it needs to run related spaces by self-control of the organizations except for the must living spaces. It means that the Act will be enacted to consider people’s environments, rather than the uniformity for all facilities. It will contribute to developing the living conditions of people with disabilities and helping independent living in a given community they belong to.
