While each local autonomous government is promoting the improvement of the urban environment by improving the look of environmental scriptural and wall paintings, it may consequently disregard the unique view of the historical characteristics of the area. This can result in urban areas looking similar everywhere. The study began by examining the possibility of flower formation as a paradigm changer. It explored the use of flowers as an alternative to an object oriented to human art. We studied the concepts, researched trends and roles of public art, analyzed characteristics of a flower, and figured out the significance of floral art as a public art. Not included in the category of public art are the characteristics of the nature of floral composition. However, the public is exploring this by proposing empirical methods to approach public art in a new way. The research method analyzes the characteristics of public art and floral composition focusing on the nature of public art and floral design. It has utilized the process of experimental methodology for presenting alternative methods. Until now, public art has been mainly seeking to promote symbolism by installing paintings and landscapes in public places and most recently attempting to capitalize on urban brands as a means of expressing urban culture. However, urban environments lack access to areas for public art due to landscaping, gardening and street design. The researchers suggested that the public propose a new approach to the creation of public art, drawing upon six utilities. They believe that this will result in a paradigm shift regarding the perception and style of public art.
