개인적 특성, 주관적 규범, 창업의도 간의 관계에서 창업교육의 조절역할

This study examined the effects of personal characteristics and subjective norm (SN) on entrepreneurial intention (EI), and the moderating effects of entrepreneurship education (EE) on the personal characteristics-entrepreneurial intention relationship and the subjective norm-entrepreneurial intention relationship. Through with this empirical analysis on factors of influencing entrepreneurial intention, we tried to clarify what factors should be considered when designing entrepreneurial education for university students. Data were collected from 135 students who studied subjects, such as entrepreneurship, startup practice, and mentoring, including startup clubs operated by universities located in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do. The results of this study are follows: First, perceived desirability, self-efficacy and controllability among five sub-dimensions of personal characteristics were positively related to entrepreneurial intention; Second, subjective norm was positively related to EI; And third, entrepreneurship education moderated the relationship between personal characteristics including SN and EI. Finally, this study has suggested theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and directions for future research.
