구성원의 커뮤니케이션 역량이 일탈행동에 미치는 영향 (응집력의 매개효과와 신뢰의 조절효과)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of communication competency on psychological and physical deviant behaviors caused by maladjustment in organization, and the cohesiveness of team as the most basic unit of company, and to analyze the moderation effects of deviant behavior and trust. For this purpose, hypotheses were set up by reviewing previous studies about these variables and the results of the questionnaires collected from 455 persons were analyzed. Regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 was performed for the empirical analysis. The empirical results are as follows. First, it was shown that the communication competency of the members had a negative effect psychological and physical deviant behaviors. Second, the higher the communication capacity, the more positive the effect on trust. Third, it was found that the control variables (supervisor, organization) had moderating effects on the relationship between communication capacity and deviant behavior (psychological and physical) of the members. Fourth, It appears that the relationship between the member's communication competence and the deviant behavior is mediated by team cohesiveness. This study provides some insight into the cognitive process through which individuals deviant behaviors. Based on these empirical results, implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
