공급사슬지향성이 공급사슬 상생협력 활동 및 공급사슬 지속가능성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

This study divides supply chain orientation into strategic supply chain orientation and structural supply chain orientation based on previous researches and examines the relationship between supply chain orientation, supply chain win-win cooperation activity, and supply chain sustainability. Therefore, we hypothesized the effects of supply chain orientation on the supply chain win-win cooperation activity and the effects of the supply chain win-win cooperation activity on the three economic, environmental and social sustainability. First, both strategic supply chain orientation and structural supply chain orientation have positive effects on supply chain win-win cooperation activity. Second, the supply chain win-win cooperation activity has a positive effect on economic sustainability and social sustainability among the three sustainability of supply chain, but it has been proved to have no significant effect on environmental sustainability. Third, the mediator effect of the supply chain win-win cooperation activity between supply chain orientation and supply chain sustainability is analyzed. Therefore, it has been confirmed that raising the supply chain orientation makes it possible to build and operate a supply chain win-win cooperation activity, and to achieve economical, environmental and social sustainability.
