리조트 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 종사원의 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to examine the effect of diverse CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) activities on employee's attitude and behavior-organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. For this purpose, the study conducted survey among employees of resorts situated at Gangwon-do in 2017. Collected data then underwent frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis through SPSS 21.0 as well as confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis through AMOS 18.0. The study drew findings as follows. First, economic, legal, and charitable activities of resorts in terms of CSR had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, economic, legal, ethical and charitable activities of resorts in terms of CSR had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
