대학창업교육의 서비스품질과 예비창업자의 특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is to empirically examine whether the university entrepreneurial education service quality and the personal characteristics of founders can affect the entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, we reviewed various existing theories, defined variables, set up research models and hypotheses, and collected data for empirical analysis through questionnaires from preliminary founders who completed entrepreneurial education at university. As a result of the empirical analysis, the physical quality of institution and managerial quality did not affect on the intention of entrepreneurs. However, the effects of educational contents quality and institution-students interactive quality on the intention of entrepreneurs was significant. In addition, the personal characteristics formed during the life of the preliminary founder have a significant influence on the intention of the entrepreneur. Thess results implied that there is a great deal of implication in the composition of business education programs in practice, and theoretically, it is necessary to grasp the characteristics of the entrepreneurs in long-term perspectives. On the other hands, there are limitations of generalization due to the fact that the personal characteristics of the founder are described as the life cycle and the bias of the sample.
