청소년의 역할과 책임을 통한 사회통합적 도시재생의 특성 연구- 독일 도시재생 프로그램 “Jungend, Stadt, Labor“ 중심으로 -

Adolescence is a formational stage of ego identity development and socialization. Recognizingadolescence is a time to develop knowledge and skills about cultural environment adaptability and socio-politicalability. Therefore Adolescents need explicit attention and implicit support. Adolescence policy and programsshould provide an opportunity for a healthy life and a concrete support for physical and psychologicaldevelopment. Current trends of adolescence policy and programs include a focus on taking on the role andresponsibility of adolescent as well as reinforcing adolescent community & network. Under this background, this study investigates how Adolescence policy and program strategies for adolescentdevelopment has been conceptualized and realized in a case-based research study of the experimental programfor Adolescents “Jungend, Stadt, Labor” in Germany.
