융합기술과 GUI 디자인에 관한 고찰

초록
빠른 속도로 진화하고 있는 다양한 디지털 기술의 발달은 기기(器機)의 소형화와 기능의 통합화에 영향을 주었다. 특히 컴퓨터와 모바일에 대한 기술적 융합은 더욱 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 융합기술의 발전은 인간의 라이프스타일에 지대한 영향을 주고 있고 다양한 분야의 결합으로 시너지 효과를 가져 오고 있다. 그 중에서도 정보기술(IT: Information Technology) 분야에서 획기적인 성과를 거두고 있다. 과학기술의 진화와 소비자의 요구변화는 감성과 기술의 소통이라고 할 수 있는 GUI에 관심을 유도하고 다양한 접근철학의 존재 가능성을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 융․복합 시대의 GUI에 대해 시대적 변화를 잠깐 언급하고 융합기술과 디지털기기의 발전에 따라 GUI가 어떻게 적용되었는가에 대해 알아보았다. 그 결과 과학기술의 진화와 소비자의 요구변화는 감성과 기술의 소통이라고 할 수 있는 GUI의 발전을 유도하고 있다. 또한 다양한 감성적 접근은 디자인 철학의 존재 가능성을 시사한다. 따라서 정보통신 과학기술과 그래픽 디자인의 압축기술의 한계를 극복함으로써 과학과 디자인 그리고 예술의 감성적 요소의 상승효과는 GUI와 NUI의 무한한 시장의 확장성을 갖고 있다. 이를 대비하기 위하여 인간과 첨단 신기술 간의 상승적 결합을 위한 GUI디자인 기반조성과 이와 연관된 분야의 학문융합으로 독립된 장르의 확보를 제시하여 기술과 감성 그리고 디자인과 예술의 복합적이면서 전문적인 GUI교육에 대한 방법론도 모색해보고자 하였다.
Abstract
The development of diverse digital technologies, which evolved rapidly, impacted the integration of devices and functions of the device. Especially technological convergence on computers and mobile phones is proceeding faster. The development of this convergence technology has a great influence on the human lifestyle and has brought synergy effect by combining various fields. In particular, it has achieved groundbreaking results in the IT technology sector. The evolution of scientific technology and the evolving demand of consumers suggest that the communications of a person can be described as a sign of emotion and technology, and the possibility of existence of various approach philosophy. In this paper, we briefly discuss GUI changes in the digital age and examine how GUIs are applied in the development of convergence technology and digital devices As a result, the evolution of science and technology and changes in consumer demand are driving the development of GUI, which is the communication of emotion and technology. Also, various emotional approaches suggest the existence of design philosophy. Thus, the synergy of science, design, and the emotional elements of art has overcome limitations of compression technology of ICT and graphic design, and has an infinite market scalability of GUI and NUI. In preparation for this, we propose the GUI design foundation construction for the synergistic combination of human and advanced new technology and the securing of the independent genre by fusion of the fields related to it, and also explore the methodologies for the complex and professional GUI of design and art as well as technology and emotion.
