In this paper, we compare the privacy policies specified in domestic and foreign credit card companies' sites and find out the differences and compare the privacy policies of domestic credit card company sites with the legal and life cycle criteria items. As a result of the study, the credit card company site in Korea discloses personal information officer in the privacy policy and details the application method and exception about the matters of viewing, correcting, deleting, and stopping the information subject obligation and rights. In addition, it has been noted that it is quite specific and the scope of the item is broad. The foreign credit card company site only discloses e-mail to the person in charge, and it clarifies the correction and deletion, but it is not clear. In addition, the privacy policy of a foreign credit card company site is comprehensive and narrow. Domestic credit card company 's privacy showed similar degree of satisfaction in collection, use, provision, and destruction phase, and showed high satisfaction in use and provision stage. However, 50% in the collection stage and 60% in the destruction stage were relatively low. So it is considered necessary to supplement these parts.
