AI기반 지능형 지방세브레인시스템 구축 방안

The purpose of this study is to develop the local tax chatbot. Gyeonggi provincial government introduced local tax chatbot. Local tax chatbots provide local tax information to taxpayers' questions.The performance of the local tax chatbot is not enough for the level of conversation the taxpayer wants.Therefore, this study proposed the adoption of the local tax brains system as an alternative. It is necessary to organize the interactive tax knowledge information when constructing the local tax brains system. And it is necessary to participate in local tax experts to build local tax brains system. Local tax experts should teach chattbot the interpretation of local taxation and precedents. The ongoing teaching of local tax experts can improve the functioning of the chatbot. This study suggests a systematic AI - based local tax brains system to develop Gyeonggi local tax chatbot. Korea Institute of Local Finance should contribute the development of chatbots by integrating Local Tax Information System on local laws and local tax knowledge. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution era, local tax experts should focus on building and developing an intelligent local tax brain system.
