초록
It is well-known that Taiwanese companies optimize supply chain management (SCM) through cooperation and resource sharing with SC partners to react rapidly, and implement efficiency in the middle of the harsh competition. Cooperation between associates is a priority to affect all aspects of production including, design, progression, distribution and development. Thus, this research deems that specific production factors, relational characteristics, influence SCM activities for Taiwanese manufacturers. Therefore, it is necessary to verify whether the antecedents of interdependence and commitment, which possess a relationship characteristic, positively influence SCM activity and performance. Results of this study indicate that commitment and interdependence significantly provides a positive influence on the level of SCM activity. On the other hand, the level of SCM activity positively influences management performance. Finally, it is critically demonstrated that the level of SCM activity is deemed to contain a complete mediating effect on the antecedents and business results as a mediator.
