초록
M. 보스는 하이데거의 철학을 수용하여 기존의 정신의학 및 심리학과 근본적으로 다른 의학적 토대를 제시하고 그에 따라 정신치료를 위한 새로운 이론과 방법을 제시하는 현존재 분석(Daseinsanalyse)을 창안하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 그의 현존재 분석에서 하이데거 철학이 어떻게 적용되고 있는지를 살핌으로써 철학과 의학 사이의 연관을 고찰하고 양자의 융합이 어떻게 가능한지를 임상철학(Klinische Philosophie)의 관점에서 조명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 의학의 정초작업과 연관된 근대 형이상학 및 자연과학에 대한 비판, 개별학문으로서 의학이 가져야 할 인간 존재에 대한 이해, 나아가 의학이 적용하는 이론과 방법의 정당성에 대한 논의가 다루어진다. 여기에는 자연과학적 의학 및 심리학, 프로이트의 정신분석, 정신신체학 등에 대한 비판과 함께 보스의 현존재 분석이 충동, 감정, 의식, 신체, 시간, 공간, 기분, 불안, 공포 등을 어떻게 다루고 있는지가 상세하게 해명되고, 현존재의 존재방식, 세계개방성, 배려 등과 같은 하이데거 철학의 주요개념들이 어떻게 의학적으로 전유되고 있는지가 제시된다. 나아가 현존재 분석의 관점에서 이해된 병리학과 현존재에 부합한 치료의 방향, 그리고 꿈 해석, 성도착증 등의 문제가 다루어진다.
Abstract
This paper examines how philosophy and medicine are related and converged by examining how Heidegger's philosophy is applied in the Daseinsanalysis in terms of clinical philosophy. To this end this paper handles with the criticism of modern metaphysics and natural science related to the initial work of medicine, the anthropological viewpoint of medicine as an individual discipline, and the debate about the justification of theories and methods of medicine. To do this how to be applied the concepts of Dasein, openness of the world in Heidegger’s Daseinsanalytic consideration to Boss’ Daseinsanalysis is focused. This thesis is an attempt to analyze closely how the philosophy can be accepted in medicine through the topics such as impetus, feelings, consciousness, body, time, space, mood covered in the medical viewpoint, in M. Boss' works, especially in the “Existential Foundations of Medicine and Psychology”. In addition, it deals with issues such as the direction of treatment in accordance with the pathology, and the interpretation of dreams and sexuality.
