LED파장을 이용한 치아미백기 디자인개발연구

With the development of LED industry and LED technology, the market scale of LED health-care product is rapidly increasing. In addition, there has been increasing trend to enjoy the aesthetic satisfaction of having clean teeth with the enlarging interests of appearance. However, existing researches haven’t suggested the right LED wave for developing a bleach device. Moreover, existing bleach devices does not satisfy the user’s needs in usability. This research, trough the review of prior researches, suggested that the efficient interval of LED wave for the bleach device is from 450nm ~ 500nm with the peak wave of 470nm. Aslo, this research performed the development of a bleach device improving the problems of unhygienic storage case, repulsion of usage, ristriction of behavior, inconvenience of carry and recharging which was revealed from usability test. Through the usability test of existion bleach devices, this research suggested the design solving problems and inconveniences by the structure of cradle including recharging terminals which makes it possible to recharge the product in the cradle, by the cover connecting to mouth-piece in order to lessen repulsion in usage and by the elimination of recharging cables in order to increase behavior freedom. This research aims to increase the market of LED health-care industry and give academic and practical contribution of the development of future bleach devices.
