기업 경영환경과 융합기술 성과 및 사회적 가치 간 관련성 분석: 15대 국가전략 융합기술 관련 사업을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 기업 경영환경이 융합기술의 성과와 사회적 가치에 미치는 영향에 대하여 다양한 관점에서분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 기업 경영환경과 융합기술 성과와의 관련성 분석결과, 내부프로세스와 조직환경은 융합기술 성과에 각각긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 정부정책이나 외부시장 여건과 같은 외부환경이 갖추어진 상황일수록 융합기술 사업성과에도 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 모든 기업 경영환경이 부적합한상황일수록 융합기술 성과에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기업 경영환경과 사회적 가치와의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 내부조직 환경과 외부환경이 갖추어진 상황일수록 융합기술의 사회적 가치에도 긍정적 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 내부 경영환경과 외부 경영환경이 모두 갖추어진 상황일수록, 높은 수준은아니지만 사회적 가치와의 유의미한 관련성을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 모든 기업 경영환경이 부적합한 상황일수록 사회적 가치에도 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 융합기술 성과가 사회적 가치에 미치는 영향을분석한 결과, 내부프로세스 개선성과와 조직환경 개선, 그리고 고객에 대한 경쟁력과 외부환경 개선성과는각각 전체 사회적 가치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 사회적 가치를 네 가지 부문(경제적 가치, 사회적 기여, 원천성/선도성 및 시급성/시의성)으로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 내부조직 개선성과와 외부환경개선성과는 네 가지 부문과 모두 높은 관련성을 나타냄으로써 사회적 가치에 대한 공헌도가 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 고객에 대한 경쟁력이 강화될수록 경제적 가치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 분석하였던 결과들을 토대로 기업 경영환경-융합기술 성과-사회적 가치 간 관련성에 있어 어떠한 경영환경 조건에서 융합기술 사업성과와 사회적 가치가 발생되는지에 관한 추가분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 융합기술 분류별로는 나노기술(NT)이 다른 기술에 비해 융합기술과 사회적 가치에 높은 성과를 가져다주는 것으로 나타났다. 융합기술 제휴형태별로는 기업-공공기관 제휴형태가 융합기술 성과와 사회적가치에 높은 성과를 가져다주는 것으로 확인되었다. 기업 경영환경별로는 대부분의 내외부적 환경요인들이갖추어졌을 때 융합기술 성과와 사회적 가치가 발생하는 것으로 나타나 융합기술 성과나 사회적 가치에 영향을주는 사업들은 대부분 기업 경영환경에 필요한 요인들을 대부분 갖추고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between key factors and the firm performance and social value of government policies for convergence technology. The summarized results of this study are as follows. First, in the result of the analysis on the relationship between key factors and the firm performance of government policies for convergence technology, technical, market, business ability had a positive effect on the firm performance and social value. Second, in the firm performance of government policies for convergence technology, we found the differences of relationship between the key factors and the firm performance including social value of government policies for convergence technology. In the cases of the types and cooperation for convergence technology, bio technology had a positive effect on firm performance and social value in all types of cooperation. In the information technology and mixed technology with others, there was no relationship among variables. In the relationship between the types of convergence technology and social contribution, bio technology had a positive effect on social contribution. But, nano and information technology had no relationship with social contribution. In the relationship between the way of cooperation for convergence technology and social contribution, the system of firm-academia and firm-government had a partially positive effect on social contribution. In the cases of the types and cooperation for convergence technology, bio technology had a positive effect on the social contribution in all types of cooperation. In the information technology and mixed technology with others, there was no relationship among variables. Therefor all the parties, government ,academic institutions and firms, should pursue an aim to support convergence technology. In conclusion, government departments should plan the policies for convergence technology based on firm performance including social value and support private firms to increase the ability of firms in the market of convergence technology. And also, all the parties, government, academic institutions and firms should pursue an aim to support convergence technology.
