한국 영화시장의 불공정행위 유형 분석: 공정거래위원회의 규제 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to classify the types of unfair act in the Korean film market based on the regulation cases of the Fair Trade Act. The unfair types are: collective action to ban price discounts, ticket price increase conspiracy, false adverts for customer attraction, distribution rejection, and abuse of trading status. It occurs mainly in the screening and distribution markets, and includes the types of payment slip of the financial expenses, forced movie ticket purchase, the early settlement, the early termination of screening, the change of revenue share ratio, an invitation ticket without an agreement etc. Unfair support activities for affiliates stemming from vertical integration include the exclusive provision of cable TV broadcasting rights to affiliates, unfair profits through exchange advertisements, and unfair support through veterinary contracts. The most discriminatory transaction terms for affiliated companies are the act of discriminating the non-affiliate distribution movie from the affiliated distribution movie by the size of theater hall, number of screening, trailer programming, and on-site marketing. If unfair practices using the dominant position of market dominant operators persist, concentration of minority large-scale operators will intensify, leading to the long-term
