영재의 사회적 책무성 도구 개발 및 타당화

본 연구의 목적은 영재에게 요구되는 사회적 책무성을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고, 타당화 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 영재의 사회적 책무성의 개념을 정립하고, 리더십, 사회환원 및 공동체 의식을 하위요소로 구성한 초기 18문항을 선정하였다. 영재교육, 교육행정 및 교육공학 전문가에 의한 내용타당도 검증을 한 후, 탐색적 요인분석을 위해 경기도의 A영재교육원 학생 89명을 대상으로 사전조사를 실시하였다. 공통요인 부하량이 낮은 1문항을 제외한 17문항을 최종 도구로 선정하였다. 확인적 요인분석을 위해 경기도 교육청 산하 B, C, D, E의 영재교육원 196명을 대상으로 한 본 조사에서 모델 적합도가 모두 양호하여, 최종적으로 영재의 사회적 책무성 도구가 개발되었다. 전체 신뢰도인 Cronbach의 α는 .94이고, 하위요인간의 상관분석 실시 결과, 모두 .05수준에서 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 도구는 영재의 사회적 책무성을 측정하기에 타당한 것으로 입증되었다. 본 연구는 영재의 사회적 책무성과 관련된 연구 및 정책 등에 활용될 수 있다는데 의의가 있으며, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop a scale to measure social responsibility for gifted students. In addition, this study attempted to verify the validity of the scale. Based on the results of a literature review, 18 items are developed. These 18 items were then reviewed by six experts. For the revised-item analysis, 89 gifted students were chosen for the survey. Through Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA), one items were deleted. Finally, 17 items in 3 categories were developed based on EFA. To verify the validity of the scale, Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) was conducted with the 196 participants. The model fit of the scale was good. In addition, the factors were correlated with each other and their reliability was good. This study therefore suggests that the reliability and validity of the scale was appropriate. This scale can help evaluate the social responsibility for gifted students.
