남·북한 문화재 법 제도 비교 분석 및 통일한국 시대에서의 문화콘텐츠 활용을 위한 발전방향 제시

This study compares both South Korea and North Korea’s Cultural Heritage Law for preparing era of unified Korea and suggests a developmental direction for utilization of the cultural contents. This study summarizes the Cultural Heritage Law of South and North Korea based on characteristics of cultural contents. First of all, the study reviews the basic definition of cultural heritage through 「the Protection of Cultural Properties Act」 by South Korea, and 「the law of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on Protection of Cultural Property」 by North Korea. On the basis of this, the study examine the laws related to management of cultural Heritage, establish of management heritage and utilization of cultural heritage for understanding the current state about cultural heritage law system of South Korea and North Korea. At the end of paper, we point out the problems of each country's cultural heritage law system and suggest a developmental direction for utilization of the culture contents in the Unified Korea, based on inter-Korean exchanges.
