지방자치 및 지방행정연구경향 분석: 「한국거버넌스학회보」(1999-2016년) 게재논문을 중심으로
Analysis of Local Autonomy and Administration Research Trend: Focusing on the Articles Published in “The Korean Governance Review (1999-2016)”

본 연구는 1999년부터 2016년까지 「한국거버넌스학회보」에 게재된 지방자치 및 지방행정의 핵심 연구주제를 분석함으로써 「한국거버넌스학회보」의 현재의 연구경향 분석과 상대적으로 간과된 주제나 영역을 파악함으로써 「한국거버넌스학회보」가 향후 변화하는 지방행정환경에 부응한 새로운 연구주제를 발굴하는데 기여하는 것이 목적이다. 분석결과, 1999년부터 2016년까지 게재된 논문은 총 520편이고, 이중에서 지방자치 및 지방행정 관련 논문은 231건으로 전체 논문중에서 44.4%를 차지하였으며, 연구영역도 주로 행정내부관리 영역과 지역주민과 관련된 영역이 다수를 차지하고 있었다. 이를 토대로 향후에는 무엇보다도 지방행정환경의 변화와 지방정부의 예산구조를 감안하여 지방자치중 주민자치와 관련된 ‘조례의 제정과 개폐 청구’, ‘주민투표 및 선거’, ‘주민의 감사청구, 주민소송’ 등, 지방분권 및 지역균형발전과 관련된 산업정책 및 지역개발 영역, 주민의 삶의 질과 관련된 사회복지, 문화예술, 교육 영역 등에 관한 연구들이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current research trends of the “The Korean Governance Review” by analyzing the core research topics of local autonomy and local administration published in the “The Korean Governance Review” from 1999 to 2016. As a result of the analysis, a total of 520 articles were published from 1999 to 2016, of which 231 were related to local autonomy and local administration, accounting for 44.4% of the total articles. These subjects mainly consisted of administrative internal management and local residents. Considering the changes of local administrative environment and the budget structure of local governments, it is necessary to study establishment of residents' ordinance and opening and closing, referendum and elections, Citizens' claims, Industrial policy and regional development related to decentralization and regional equity development, social welfare, cultural arts, education related to the quality of life of residents in the future.
