산업클러스터내에서 사회적 자본과 혁신성과간의 관계모형 비교연구: 판교 테크노밸리와 구로 디지털산업단지를 중심으로

This study analyzed the impact of social capital on corporate innovative performance in Pangyo Techno Valley and Guro Digital Industrial Complex. Social capital was categorized into bonding social capital and bridging social capital, and direct effect of each social capital on corporate innovative performance and indirect effect intermediated by technical factor were verified via a statistical analysis. The effect of technical factor itself on a corporate innovative performance was additionally examined. In Pangyo Techno Valley, we have found that bridging social capital has a significant impact on technological factors and corporate innovative performance. This is due to the generalized network of diverse and abundant information exchange among members in the cluster. In Guro Digital Industrial Complex, bridging social capital has a significant impact on technological factors, but it has no association with corporate innovative performance. Additionally, technological factors showed no intermediary effect on the bridging social capital and corporate innovative performance. This paper was conducted as an extension of a prior study that analyzed the influence of social capital on a cluster’s innovative performance based on Daedeok Innopolis and Wonju industrial complex. In the future, by conducting further studies that analyze the effect of social capital on each regional industrial cluster, the researcher aims to present an efficient operation methodology of social capital to enhance corporate innovative performance in industrial clusters.
