직업교육훈련 현장학습 질 관리 평가준거 개발

The purpose of this study aimed to provide appropriate the appraisal criteria. of field training system that offers the work-site experience activities for vocational education and training areas. The field training offers the work-site experience activities to students through the practical education, The Integrated practical field training system in Korea has been massive expanding in the vocational schools and companies under the government supports for last 5 years. The development process of field training assessment criteria is the vital one that make the quality controls for effective achievement of operations. The method of this study is used by the literature review and delphi technique. The process of delphi was conducted by the 20 vocational education and training experts, reviewed and analyzed three times delphi questionnaire survey. The development process of field training made up of 10 areas and 60’s individual evaluation index. This instrument was finally determined on the basis of the validity of the test results. With this intent, this study focused on the systematic teaching and learning approach, which is articulation of evaluating the achievement. And the others are the policy improvement supports for effective field training. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested some recommendations for administering effective field training in the vocational education.
