변혁적 리더십과 부하의 감성지능이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 -감성지능의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, emotional intelligence of subordinates, self - efficacy and job performance. To this end, we use self-efficacy as a parameter to control emotional intelligence of subordinates in relation to transformational leadership and job performance. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Transformational leadership and emotional intelligence of subordinates have positive effects on job performance, respectively. 2) Transformational leadership has a positive effect on emotional intelligence of subordinates. 3) It has been found that there is mediating effect of emotional intelligence of subordinates on the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance. However, 4) the moderating effect of self-efficacy was not significant in the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance. The results of this research suggest new implications for the management of human resources in public institutions. In other words, public institutions are making a lot of efforts to develop their competencies in order to improve the service of the public. The results of this study demonstrate empirically.
