코칭을 활용한 인적자원개발 : 대전광역시 서구의 라이프코치 양성 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this case study is to analyze human resources development using coaching. It will examine whether the life coach training project implemented with government support brings to the local job creation and human resources development of the local people. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the life coach training project by government helped the human resources development of the local government and could contribute to job creation. And showed that coaching can perform social functions as well as HRD and HRM of companies. In addition, in order to establish effective policies and proliferate performance through HRD project using coaching, it was confirmed that the government needs to approach from the mid and long term perspective, the interest of the head of the local government, the expertise of the project executing agency, and the provision of anti- corruption system for participants. This study, which analyzed the first case of human resources development using the coaching system, can be used as a basic data to understand the role of coaching for human resources development and to provide the foundations how to use coaching as a means of human resources development for local people.
